AVOID The Ledges Vacation Rentals and Condos

The Ledges Vacation properties are not well maintained. Most have had numerous water leaks due to age of some properties, poor construction and HOA cutting corners on maintenance and repairs. The condos are older properties and you can see the water damage on the outside with water stains on the stucco. These rentals see heavy traffic and many smell musty and show signs of wear and tear with evidence of water intrusion.
