Roach infested

Every apartment is full of mildew and black mold. Nosey drug addicted neighbors. Loud fights/parties nightly. Only 1% of the tenants work rest live off welfare. Nosey fat guy in apt 302 that sits outside 20 hours out the day watching everyone. He knows/tells everyone’s business. He-she in apt 806 that lives to record/post EVERYTHING on social media. He-She lives to start unnecessary drama. Meth lab in apartment 402… has been for the last. The property manager, Tracey is a thief and a scam artist. Watch out for her. Oh and she’s a racist. Apartments are heavily infested with roaches and termites. Appliances are old and out dated.
