After having to leave an airbnb I had booked far in advance due to unexpected allergens, I visited 5 different hotels in the area before finding Rose & Crown. The service was great, the air was clean. No carpets, no mold, modern building, fair rates. Very clean and stylish. Even though it was slightly higher than my budget, it was well worth it for the quality of air and sleep, especially after seeing what else the area had to offer. I visited several rooms in this hotel to check the fragrances, and discovered that some rooms had fragrant chemical smells and some didn't. I told the concierge that I had a medical condition/chemical sensitivity and needed to check the rooms before I committed and they were very accommodating. They advised me that some of the cleaning people use Fabreze and some don't, ddepending on their cleaning method. I settled on a room with no smell and was very comfortable for 5 nights. Highly recommended, yet call in advance to make sure you get a room that has no fabreze sprayed in it.
