Brand new, clean coffee shop on I-35

Brand new coffee shop and cafe with a single angle metal roof and all concrete floors. I confirmed with the owner that all the wood used in the interior is new wood that is stained, they didn’t use any reclaimed materials. There is fragrance in the bathroom but I haven’t noticed any strong fragrances in the open seating area in the front. The bathrooms are in the very back of the building. They also have gluten free options for those with food sensitivities.
