Apartment with potential mould with a roof leak. Bad EMFs

This was a new building when we moved in (we lived there for 2 years). Initially it was good in a lot of ways with nobody having lived there before so no mould. There are carpets in both bedrooms however and the VOCs were difficult however that would have worn off. At the end of us being there, there was a small leak from the roof into one of the bathrooms which caused a water stain and potential mould eventually. The EMFs in this location however were terrible which is why we moved in the end
