Avoid-probably mould, faulty electrical wiring, pesticides

We have lived in this private rental over a year now and are attempting to move. Although we did not initally see any signs of mould when viewing the house and have no ERMI, we have seen signs since living here and both my partner and myself can smell it at times. The air in the house feels worse when putting the heating on even though we have the windows open every day. It is surrounded by farms which are active 24/7 both in terms of noise and machinery and also pesticides. The electric wiring in the house is faulty which causes really high electric fields and has caused severe issues for us. Also there could potentially be a ground current as there is constant vibrations and machinery being used in the sheds right opposite the house. It has severely declined my partners health
